I didn't read the posts and sorry it happened BUT I have said this before on other forums-get a homeowner's amendment or renter's insurance that covers your gear. I have $10,000 in musical gear coverage that costs under $30 a year. Having my V stolen with 2 guitars and a pedal board and I would just be out a $500 deductible. Call your agents Monday.
