So.....
I have decided to run a stereo set up.
I will have my Heartbreaker behind me and my DC-3 on the bass player's side.

I need to make a cable snake that will have one of these 2 options:
A. 3 x mono 1/4" audio
& 1 x 1/4" stereo

B. 3 x mono 1/4" audio
& 1 x midi 5 pin

I am thinking that it would be good to have spares too.

What cable do you guys use and why?
I think it should be very flexible and durable.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Would you make your own, or would you get something like this: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Pyle-Pro-Ppsn814-8-Channel-Unbalanced-Snake-Cable-10-Ft-/220846689521?pt=Guitar_Accessories&hash=item336b7d0cf1

It's gonna be real hard to find what you are looking for in a neat package. Note how the cable you found on FleaBay does not include the stereo 1/4' or the midi 5 pin DIN, just 8 1/4" mono. I think I would make my own by buying the separate required cables and using either plastic spiral wrap, velcro wrap or shrink wrap. If you got the money and time you can call these guys for a quote and they will make you cable of your choosing and design. Considering it is a custom build they are pretty reasonable. I've used them several times for my "real" job. http://www.majorcustomcable.com -Pat.

I couldn't find any snake cables with stereo jacks on both ends.
Thought about getting an 8 jack mick snake and changing the XLR's to 1/4" jacks though!

I was just looking up heat shrink.
Might look at the spiral wrap. We use it all the time at work (home theaters, home control). Not sure how it would hold under a lot of movement, but it's worth a try!

I'm basically trying to think of the easiest way to run 2 amps in stereo with separate channel switching.
