My beloved S.O.B. (Vintage, Circa 1983) Burnt out it's power transformer during my last gig. Not being a man of great financial means - unable to afford a replacement, I've decided to do the re - wind myself. Is there anyone out there who's done the same thing and has any advice to share ? What AC voltage should the secondary coils (Plate and Bias), put out when transformer is being tested on its own - not connected to the amp ? It would help if someone could tell me the number of windings in the coils, both secondary and primary, as the burn out was so severe that it wasn't possible to count the originals. I've arrived at 413 turns for the primary, 12, 72 and 1140 for the heater, bias and plate turnings respectively by calculation (I'm in a 240 VAC 50HZ zone), nevertheless, it would be highly appreciated if anyone had the data to share, and could qualify or disqualify my calculations.

Warm regards to all,
