Go to the Weber Forum and post a question in the "Enclosure" forums. Yes you have to be a member [its free] but these members could point out everything you need to know from joints, tolex installation, grill installation. they'll post dimensions and what material to use.

... and best of all, they don't have big egos like many other boards.

also check out Parts Express for speaker enclosure hardware and speakers.

those Harry Kolbe enclosures remind me Van Halen's, or old British Sound City or Road enclosures.
