...3 channel dual recto, maybe about a 2005 and in really good shape...I'd like to keep it that way.
I just want to make sure I don't eff anything up in regards to the tube settings, bias and all that jazz.
some quick pointers would really be appreciated

eg. it looks like I'm all set up with 6L6 tubes so logically I should have the little switch on the back set to 6L6 right?

eg2. right now I just use the vaccume tubes and a spongy setting. Is it normal that the 2 big tubes on the far right are not lighting up?

Those two big tubes on the right are your rectifier tubes. If you dim the lights a bit you will notice that they are lit,, just less than your 6l6 power tubes.
And there is no biasing necessary with boogie amps. Either continue to buy boogie tubes or buy tubes from a well know dealer such as Dougs tubes or eurotubes and they will set you up with a matched set of tubes that work correctly in a boogie. Your good to go.
