I'm currently using a Fulltone FD-2 MOSFET to drive the front end of R2. I've read on different forums about guitarists placing the boost in the loop. What are your opinions?

You're probably asking why don't I just try it for myself, but for the time being I can't play the amp at a decent volume while at home. I won't get to play it at volume at least for another four or five days.

Thanks.

I have a BBE Boosta Grande and a Crispy Cream Trebleboost in front of my MKIV. I don't use them at the same time though. Never had any luck with boosts in the loop. Other people might like it though.
