Blowed fuses

Hopefully someone can help me figure out what is going on with my amp! A week ago the fuse blowed in my Electra Dyne combo! Ordered 3 fuses and got them today! Put the new fuse in and it blowed when I cut the amp on! Put in a 2nd fuse and the same thing happened! Could it be a bad tube causing it to blow the fuses?
