Blew an Internal Fuse - Fixable by Me?

I blew an internal fuse the other day on my tube amp. Is this something that needs to be addressed by a tech? Or can the average joe do it?

Do you know how to bleed your filter caps? If you don't or don't know what the hell I'm talking about it's probably best left to a pro. By the way, how's that Sugar Cone? I have a Green Machine in mine. That's one expensive speaker you got there.
