They are making them in your state!!! Why dont you go down to the facory and ask for a test run.

That would be great !!!

The only problem I have with the is that they are always sold out. That has to say something to the tone and quality.

I wonder how much wieght they'd add to a cab? The oversized Recto cab is already 120lbs....though it's tempting to get a pair of those EVMs to stick in the bottom of one.

Alot of wieght will be gained lol, but there was always something about a real heavey amp I've always liked and it's not how my back feels LOL. I think they're the same as the old, it's just that they make em for that band now so it has a different label on the back. Why they ever stopped making the regular EVM12L Speaker I don't know but it really makes me sad. Have you checked the price tag on the Black Label lately?

The new Black Labels weigh 19 lbs. They cost $245 from Sam Ash. As far as I know, that's the only place you can buy them.
