big lizard boogie board repair

Hi.

Does anyone have any idea where I can find out what is the best way to repair a slick lizard extreme 37 boogie board? I live in Michigan and my wife and son are going to Cancun. There is a strip of soft bumper foam coming off the left edge I'd like to reattach.
