best place to order a quad of SED winged C 6l6

Dougstubes. I've been getting all my powertubes (mostly =C= 6L6's) through them for several years now
and haven't had any reliable problems.

They're great tubes for the price. Their EL34s are great too for the same reason.

I just bought tubes from TubeDepot. Good service. I emailed at around 2 last Friday saying to call me back if you want an order today, they called back in less than an hour, I had tubes Monday when I got home from work. Order was for 2 amps worth of new tubes, it was filled correctly. I picked up some Tung Sos 12ax's and SED winged C's, rectifier tube. MKV sings even better now...

i ordered 4 sed winged C 6l6s...told them in the online order comments it was for my mark IV B head, but forgot to mention to make it a matched quad (or maybe they do it by default??) emailed them at [email protected] right after letting them know i need em matched, hopefully there's no issues!

Power tubes work in pairs, even amps with four power tubes. Some places will match all four if you insist, but, like the matched triode phase inverter, audio improvement is apocryphal at best.
