Hi guys and Boogie lovers,
i need some guidance. I have a Mark I reissue that I love for lead sound.
The issue is I have to lug 2 amps everywhere, one fender Blues reissue for playing chords and clean , and the boogie for playing lead and solos.
No the mesa foot switch is not an option since the volume jump is too drastic, you can't setup the 2 channels differently and my setup in LEAD is mid's at 10 and essentially have a very similar sound to that Santana big, round, creamy and sustain heavy type tone.

I need to KEEP that big tone, but only want to play ONE AMP!

I am a tone fanatic and was wondering if you would suggest any boogie amps that are TRUE 2 channels (I can set them up differently) and that would allow me to KEEP THAT MARK I TONE, yet play fender type clean chords for many songs.
I play mostly Blues, Rock, Funk, Soul and Latin.
Thank you so much!
(I have heard Lone Star? good suggestion?)

The Heartbreaker is a Mark I and a tweed Bassman/Marshall JTM in one box.

The Lone Star is *similar* to the Mark I, also.

Thanks Admiral.
I was going to go try the Lone Star at the dealer to hear it.
