The Chandler is just a rack delay unit yes. I've heard they're top quality but what else do you need/want.
I won't settle for inferior quality effects with any Mesa amp but size, versatility & cost are also important.
I can't afford an Axe-Fx so I've gone for top quality analog stomps.
There's 100's of em depending on what you want.
Took me 12 months of research & testing to put together a great pedal board with 9 pedals.
