Balance Master Volume + Gain + Output Volume/Single rect

Could you help me with your experience to get the best possible balance for a good modern and heavy rock sound on the modern high gain channel of a single rect series 2,ie balance of Master Channel Volume + Gain + Output Volume

How could these tube works at their best for the best tone ???

Gain to taste... if I'm going for high gain it's usually somewhere between 12:00 (rhythm) and 2:00 (lead), channel master between 9:00 and 10:00 and master output as high as you can... preferably above 11:00, but that's not always possible.
