Thanks for feeding my G.A.S. LOL.

I just ordered the Mr. Scary Mod to try in my Roadster, David at Legendary Tones said the reverb tank has to come out to make room for it. I don’t use the onboard reverb anyway, and once the chassis is out it’s easy-peasy to pull the tank.

I’ll start a new thread when I get it installed.

Absolutely. When I read bandit2031's initial reply to me correcting him, I had a laugh. But then I saw he'd been corrected by others and went at length to admit as much.

With respect to Mesa's confusing schematics, all I can say is you just get used to reading them. My guess is they did not (at least back then) use any EDA software, so precision in labeling didn't matter to them.

If you can, take pictures of it before and after you get the chassis back in.

You don't. have to remove. the chassis, just remove. 2 middle power tubes.

With the Roadster the reverb tank has to come out to make room for the Mr. Scary, that will go much easier with the chassis pulled out.

The Mr. Scary folks say it will even work in the Rectoverb 25 but it won’t fit in that small head. Shame! I wonder if it could dangle around outside with some kind of extension cable?
