Last night at the gig my EQ didn't seem to work on the Auto setting. I ended up using the EQ set to ON. Wonder why the Auto doesn't seem to be working? :?

thanks Bogz. I noticed yesterday that it did work. The only diff was I didn't have a channel switcher plugged into the footswitch jack!

ok, this might be a newb question, but Ive never used the Auto-Rhym 2 on my Mark IV.

what exactly does it do? automatically puts the EQ on when Rhym 2 is selected?

the auto rhythm on my IIC+ keeps it on in lead mode, and off on the clean channel. "Automatically".
It wasn't working w/ the footswitch though. I need to recheck it w/ that.

ok i have a Mark IV and I just dont see the point in having hte Auto switch because you can just hit the Lead-EQ button which will turn EQ on for just Lead channel....

It seems like it would be the switch. Maybe the contacts are dirty. If the LDR were bad, you would have no EQ at all.

Man, it must be a cable issue. It's now working w/ a diff cable and footswitch.
