Are the new Roadsters different that the first ones?

Hi guys!

I finally realized what I really wanted was a Roadster head. However, I could buy a combo 2x12 even cheaper around here but it's a 2007-2008 (don't know exactly).

So my question is: " Is there any difference between a 2008 Roadster and a brand new one, except of course for the wear?"

I mean, is there a Serie I and Serie II? Different tubes? etc.

Thanks a lot, that would help me a lot before pulling the trigger on something still quite expensive!
