Are Studio Pre's increasing / decreasing in value?

Mine's a 1989.I sold it and my 50/50 once,but missed them so much I bought them back. Just curious?

Don't know I just picked up a great specimen for $380. Still feeling it out, but man the potential seems amazing.

From what I've been seeing all the rack gear might be edging down a bit, but what isn't, other than the highly collectible and vintage cream, everythings taking a hit in today's market. One good thing is that with some folks needing cash, a bit of the really rare vintage stuff is showing up here and there again. Good for that stuff to change hands occasionally I think.

yeah, prices went up for a while hanging around 500USD, then the past couple of months went down below 500USD,

I've been checking ebay since I got interested in getting one. I haven't seen one for less than 400 since I got mine in the end of December (375, quite the score I think

). So somewhere between 400 and 500. (I can get you all the listings for the last month, unless I missed some, if you want. :wink: :lol: :lol: )

Haha.Thats 400-500 Euros, right. Is that for both or just the Studio? These are almost old enough to be vintage and we know that adds extra mojo. You guys in the states are lucky.Gear always seems cheaper over that side of the pond. I'm hoping to get some bargains turn up now there's a credit crunch. Maybe its me that will have to sell.
