Anyone noticing any fizz/fuzz w/ their Mark V's?

Here's some things I noticed...

It seems the 10w and 45w modes do somewhat a little more noise than the full 90w. Putting in variac makes it pretty noisy... Channel 1 and 2 are perfect, channel 3 is fucking noisy, I noticed it's a lot noisier than before, especially on the mark IV mode...

We recorded our last jam, and here's some samples of what it now does...

There's a kind of fizzle right after playing as you can hear after the mini lead in this file:

And you can hear it too, in the first part of the mp3. In the second part (which is a couple of seconds after), some weird noise the amp did after playing a song. Of course, this was boosted, cause the microphone wasn't picking it up that loudly, but it was clearly audible even with earplugs.

Oh and here are the settings of my amp:

That's a preamp or effects loop driver tube (most noticable in your 2nd file). Sounds like you're noise-gated(?) as well, so the tube noise must have to exceed a specific threshold just to be heard.

Oh yeah that makes perfect sense ! (Yeah I'm using a noise gate).

I'll have to do a battery of tests with my cables and stuff, but the more opinions I have, the better :D

Thanks a bunch ! Love this forum.
