I think not based on the opposite layout of everything from the head, but maybe it can?

there was one on ebay that someone did it to, it looked stupid becasue it was upside down, but im sure if you made your own cab and just had the controls up top and the grill cloth on the bottom it would look great. but you cant put it into a tremoverb headshell without it being upside down.

There was an empty Tremoverb shell just on Ebay never sold. I considered it as I have a combo also. The upside down thing didn't sound good.
