Ok if someone helps me with this I will be so f-ing greatful. I just tried calling my local mesa repair shop and they said the fx loop series mod is a two hour job and will cost 100.00 and i know from talking to people in the past, that this does not take two hours. I have a detailed close up of the inside of the dual rec wiring right at the fx loop. And I hvae the schematic for the job sent to me from mesa. I just cant understand it. If anyone would be willing. Below are the pics. I only ask that if someone does decide to help me out bigtime, that they are 100% positive that they know it would work and exactly what there doing. haha. I dont want to mess up the head and ruin the warranty. Thank you so much for your time. later friends

come onnnnn. pretty please. hahah. I know somebody has done one. Ive heard story after story of people getting them done on this board.

Most shops have a 2 hour minimum. Besides, $100 for a mod done professionally is peanuts...

Search and you will find that all of the instructions you will find on this board apply towards the 2-channel rectos and other models that DO NOT have PC mounted knobs and jacks.

I imagine that it's possible to mod the 3-channel rectos, but it'll definitely take more time and be more labor intensive. $100 is pretty standard for a bench rate for a "small job."
