I would say a '99. It's probably one of the last 2 channel head made. I think they went to the 3 channel heads around 15000 or so.

You can call Mesa directly. They should call back in 24h-48h with the year and month the amp left the factory.

They have been very efficient when I called...

This sounds about right. My 2 channel is #15948 and it was made in july of 2000
