Hello everyone,
Hopefully someone can shed some light on a topic for me...
My friend has a Mesa 50/50 power amp that he's willing to sell me for cheap. I've been using my Mini Rectifier as a "power amp" for my pedalboard for years. I just leave the amp on the clean channel, have all the knobs set to 12 o'clock and set volume via the master on that channel. My pedalboard has an MXR 5150 overdrive pedal and MXR EQ pedal along with various effects.
Could I pipe my pedalboard into a 50/50 and obtain the same results? It would be nice to have the extra headroom. EQ pedal always stays on regardless of clean/dirty.
