This Altec 417-8C is from my personal collection. I'm not sure if this is original or has been reconed, but it sure sounds good. It has the coveted paper dome instead of the aluminum dome, so I think it is probably a recone.
This is an 8 ohm speaker in very good condition. It would be in excellent condition if it did not have some scratching on the outside cover which is shown in the pictures.
$200 plus shipping. Local pick up in the North San Francisco Bay Area is ok, too.
