I would like a smaller footswitch box that would give me either channel 1,2,3 and reverb on and off.
Has anyone done this?
I've seen custom 1/4 inch plug boxes, but none of them are able to switch reverb on or off.
There isn't a reverb jack on the amp.
Could I make an 8 pin or 1/4 in box with just channel 1,2,3 on or off and just leave the reverb on
or is the reverb killed once you have inputted a 1/4 inch jack to control channels.

I looked inside the footswitch once. It's not simple in there. An Amp Gizmo and a 4 button midi controller would do it.
The physical footprint of the regular switch isn't that big. The layout suffers from the buttons being a tad too close together in my experience.
If I gig with boots on, I always hit other buttons. If I wear trainers I'm accurate.
If you got another 8 pin cable you could disable buttons by ascertaining which pins do what, then disabling those pins. Snap em off or something.

Thanks for replying Nick.
I opened up the footswitch this morning....yikes....a lot going on in there.
I looked at the amp gizmo and switch gizmo this morning also.
When you add a controller, you start getting up in dollars.
I've been trying to decide if I wanted to hard bypass the loop
and then fit everything I need on one small pedalboard.
I guess I'm back where I started.
I'll use the loop and the whole Mesa pedal.
I'll set up a second small board for effects and tuner.
I'll have two pedalboards on the floor, but it will allow me the control I need.

Man I feel for ya. I'm really basic in my effects needs. In one band it's just amp drive, albeit excessive. In the other it's delay, pitch shift and maybe flanger every now and again. I can't stand having pedals at my feet so got an amp gizmo. A g system and run it all off that. Just set one patch for a particular sound. Rack the brain of the G Sys and use the controller going into the gizmo then the amp to control everything. Every patch controls volume, channel, reverb and effects
