A LITTLE MORE SHIPPING ADVICE

I've been using recycled, or even new carpet padding. The stuff is dense, can absorb huge shocks, and will stay in place with duc-tape. The peanuts are nearly USELESS. With heavy amps, they get crushed, shift around and spill out of broken boxes. I've received several combo amps packed only in peanuts and by the time the box arrives, even if has been well treated (still a whole box), the box is 50% air. The peanuts are flattened. The heavy stuff is hard to ship... I had a dealer drive 100 miles (from another state) to deliver a Road King Combo to me, to avoid shipping. Now that's service. mmmmmmm...RoadKing! 8)
