8 ohm cab into 4 ohm load?

I have a rectoverb combo. The 8 ohm slot is already taken for the speaker in the amp. I have 2 4 ohm outputs. I just want to get a single 12 inch speaker cab which will be 8 ohms, will there be a problem?

You should use the 4 ohm outs if you use both speakers, if you use one speaker plug it in the 8 ohm output.
