6L6 Dilemna, Mark IIC+

So here I am, debating which quad to buy...SED 6l6GC's or the TAD 6l6GC-STR. Anyone have an opinion on which one is nicer for the 2C+?

Also, I am currently running 2x str 440 and 2x str447 (el34) in it. The 6L6's are red...but should I make note of the el34 color when I buy the new tubes? If I specify that the amp currently has red color mesa 6L6's...that should be enough for the tube store to find me the right quad of tubes right?

If I were to stick with 2x el34 and 2x 6L6, which EL34's would you use to pair up with the SED or TAD 6L6's?

I am biased for the TAD 6L6GC. I can tell that they are on the cold side for my amp (Dual Recto) and I think they sound great. Call me silly but for EL34's I like the stock Boogie's and the JJEL34L.
I think that all you would have to do is tell the the vendor what amp you have.
