S stokes Well-known member Joined Feb 19, 2006 Messages 1,464 Reaction score 1 Location NYC Apr 24, 2007 #2 I tried them in a IIC+,wasnt impressed.The extra heater current bought my heater voltage down to about 6.1v too,so the heater winding didnt like the extra current.Be aware that you will have to re bias for the 6550's also.
