I just got my head and I have a question well ok 2 questions. I am in an apartment for the next two weeks so I can't turn it up but the lead sound is very sharp and not so full I am wondering if I get the power tubes going will it smooth it out and fill out the sound. Next thing is when I switch from lead to clean the volume spikes for a second then calms down again this is at low volume as well. Any ideas

I would just kick in the power tubes, but also mess with the EQ and throw some low frequencies in there to balance it out. As for the spiking, I don't really have a clue about that. Good luck!
