Is it just me, or does the Rectifier sound better with the loop engaged (set to min. mix) and the master cracked using the Output controll to set the desired level?

Sounds like the mids open up a little more then just using the Master to set level with the loop bybassed?

I'm not sure about more present mids, but it really helps open the amp up. I have my effect level at 12 oclock, my Modern master around 2, and my gain pretty low at 9ish, and I use the output knob to adjust for practices or whatever. Its much more audible than keeping the master down and the output up.

I will have to give this a shot on sunday when i go play. Never really tried it before.

How do I get my clean volume to match that of the two dirty channels? My clean is really low compared to the others?
