3 channel rec serial #'s

does anyone know what serial number started the 3 channel rectifiers? i'm trying to figure out how early of a 3 channel mine is. have there been any changes in the 3 channel recs since their inception? i only ask after reading silverwulf's post in the "pre 500 DR's - Mesa Hollywood Opinion" thread. thanks!

i think they came out in the summer of 2000/ you can pull the amp out the box and find a date,from what ive read on here some think the very early ones were better,from 2000,,who knows, i think all the rectos kick mucho ***! :twisted:

eh. i'm still learning about the inner workings of tube amps, so i'm not really comfortable pulling it out (with my luck i'd screw something up). lol.
