I've been having some trouble with my 3 channel dual rectifier the past few days and I'm hoping you guys can help me out a bit.

When I turn off standby after about a minute the amps volume is incredibly low. I have to turn the output up to about 3/4 full in order to have it be comfortably audible (with a bad tone).

In the past few weeks I've gotten a pedal board, volume pedal, and Holy Grail Reverb pedal and the holy Grail tends to work when it wants and on occasion drastically sucks the volume from my amp so I assume it was the Holy Grail if not some other effect.

I notice a small change in the volume when I have the FX loop activated on the footswitch as well which also led me to believe its the FX loop. Although Even with the guitar plugged directly into the head and the FX loop off the volume problem persists.

The amp also crackled one when not on any set channel.

After letting the tubes warm up for about 20 minutes the volume got better but I now have to put the output at half way to even be able to play.

I tested my effects one at a time and none drastically lowered the volume at all aside from when I activate the holy grail. Although sometimes my DD6 digital delay and holy grail simply do not produce an effect even when activated.

I also noticed a drastic change in the tone provided by my Russian Big Muff the other night.

I'm hoping this is just a simple tube issue and I can fix it myself. I wanted to ask you guys whats up before I drive a few towns over and take it to the shop.

Thanks.

Sounds like you need to get rid of the Holy Grail dude. And maybe get some power tubes.

How does the amp sound when the FX loop is turned off (select "loop bypass" on the back panel, not just disengaged on the footswitch)? I'd suggest removing everything from your setup, turning off the FX loop and plugging straight into the amp and see if the problem still persists. Then you can start troubleshooting tubes if that's the case.

Speaking of the Holy Grail, i have one and i really like the tone of it but i've found it to have a few gremlins so to speak. I've never had the volume drop you're speaking of though. My problem is that it sometimes doesn't work (or barely works) when engaged. I have to either power down the main supply on my board or unplug the power supply for the Holy Grail itself and then it usually works fine. It only happens once in a while though so i stick with it. It's a great verb for the $$$.
