Hello, I have just bought a dual rectifier and was wondering what year it is?

For me, the fastest way was to remove the 4 screws on the bottom of the head, remove the aluminum "tube protector bar," slide the whole chassis out and look inside. There should be a month/year date written in marker on the inside. -Even on my black chassis, the date was written in black marker, but you could still see it. Mine said 8/99.

okay, i didn't see the date on mine, but if this helps the power cable is removeable.
