2:90 w/ 34's AND 6L6's?

My Simulclass IIC+ can be run w 2 6L6's and 2 EL34's. Does anyone know if the 2:90 can be run this way as well?

How can I tell what version my 2:90 is? And what about the tube arrangement for each version?
