I am wondering if I have a problem with my power amp. When channel A and B and at the same volume settings, my channel A is not quite as loud. I just adjust them so I get the same volume out of each but I have to turn channel A up more than B. Is this common or do you think I may have a problem with the amp or a tube?

it is absolutely common if the difference isn't so wide. Potentiometers which namely have the same value, actually cannot have exactly the same resistance value, so there could be LIGHT differences in volume.

Is the knob screwed on correctly? Try changing the tubes if so.
