2:50 with 6v6's?

could i safely run the 2/50 with 6v6 instead of 6L6's? what about bias?

I doubt it. You would have to rebias for sure, but I also think the plate voltage is too high for a 6V6.

If you do a bias mod, according to Eurotubes you can put 6V6 from JJ in your 2:50. They are the only ones who can handle 500v plate voltage.
Bob said that there isn't any problem about OT impedance, but I have a doubt on it... primary impedance of the OT depends on tubes used, and isn't the same with 6L6 and 6V6.
