I changed all the power tubes and the 3 12ax7s. I know my preamp is good on that channel(i swapped lines to make sure). All I get out of Channel B is a very, very faint distorted sound that you can barely hear; I can play my guitar through the channel but the sound is very faint. The volume doesn't change as I turn the volume knob up and I get a hum when I turn the Prescence all the way up. Does anyone know what the problem is? Thanks!

Hi Recex

Expect you have a bad capacitor.
Symptom is: very low volume (heard), with a lot of distortion.
Verification: oscilloscope for a bad signal.

It should be the output transformer, but i do not know what is the symptom for bad transformer.
(expect fuse blow and nothing a the ouput)

Thanks Snoopy. Well, it doesn't blow any fuses, so hopefully it is a bad cap. Thanks for response. Guess it's off to the shop.
