1x12 combo question

Does anyone know what speaker the combo is gonna come with?

thx. how does that speaker differ from the evm 200 watt beast (other than power rating)? cause i know at some point around serial number 25,000 of the mark III's they started to switch over to the c-90's. are they more similar than different?

I have two '89s (#242xxx) with the EVM 12L. AFAIK, it was always an extra cost upgrade. The difference is bigger bottom end, less Celestion-y mids, tons more headroom, better cleans, louder louds, and 10 more lbs. The C-90 was standard equipment.

lol oops. i just never see any older combos without the 12L, and i never see any newer ones without the C-90. I guess people tended to get the upgrade on the older ones, and the 12L went out of production at some point in the early 90's?

lol nvm, a mark IIB just went up on ebay (serial #7XXX) with an MC-90

well that IIB didn't come from the factory with a C90.

They are a very different speakers.
