I bought this brand new on 2/22/08 for $2K. It might have 6 hours on it, I bought it as a backup to my Road King and I don't have time to play it. I thought we might do some gigging and recording but it looks like that is not going to happen so I don't need it. It has not been gigged at all...

Where are you located? I have a nearly new Mark IV, I bought it in February and it has about 5-6 hours on it.

Do it yourself! I've probably traded or sold 20 amps over the years and I can do a better job than any pack and ship company. You just have to know how to pack it and have good materials. I just shipped a Roadster to Michigan fully insured in one box (with fs) for $50.00. I've never shipped...

Does it sound anything like the Roadster clean or is it just like the Dual Rec.? Thanks

Exactly, I always try to add a little chorus. I love the stuff, that's what I grew up on.

I just got my Mark last week and I love it as a lead guitar amp. I'm getting the best lead tones I've ever had. The clean is also really good. I haven't been able to dial up a really good 80's rock vibe yet. I suspect it's because the amp doesn't have as much saturation as most hi-gainers...

Thanks man! I was getting frustrated with my Mark and I saw your settings on another thread and they brought my amp to life. I think once I get my effects going on it and play it with the band it's going to be as awesome as I had hoped it would be. Take care

Okay thanks guys that's all I needed to know. I don't think I can part with my DR, it's my main amp and I love the rhythm tones I get. The clean, and lead is better on the Mark IV in my opinion. Thanks again!!

I know the clean is amazing. I have a voodoo modded Dual Rec. and a Mark IV. I'm thinking of selling the Mark for a RK. I would not use any of the recording features on the RK. I'm intrigued by the new supposedly improved high gain voicing, would it be enough of a deviation from my DR to...

I've had a lot of people tell me they don't know if their Mark IV is an a version or b version. I can't tell on mine either. Does anyone know a sure way to find it? Thanks

Must be a head, not interested in a combo, preferably a "B", and I would prefer the long version although I would consider the short. Seller must accept paypal payment. Thanks
