Yes, the volume is twice as loud as the 200 watt when paired together and the 400 watt is a bit brighter but sounds fantastic with plenty of bottom end!! the two together sound incredible, they should have paired these two in 2x12 cabs. it is Amazing!

I have one as well in my mark III, IT IS TWICE AS LOUD as my 200 watt EVM Black shadows and a bit brighter. it is LOUD and sounds Killer!! And the high gain tone is unreal good!!
