All the switches on this amp make a DINK noise when flipped. I switched out the power tubes with a brand new matched quad of 6L6s and those were not the culprit for the microphonics. So I checked the pre amp tubes and they are whats causing the microphonics. I only have one extra preamp tube...

Where are those located?

i just checked it out... theyre all glowing red but only one of the EL34s has that blue glow to it. is the other tube bad? the tone has definitely dropped too. my clean channel sounds really muddy and like its dieing... literally. it sounds yucky.

Please tell me whats wrong with the little guy. I can play for a good 30 seconds to a minute before my Mark III blows the fuse. Any words of wisdom or thoughts on how to fix it?
