Got some more info on this...like I said it is yellow, I assume it is a polycap, it says +35 then it has 105K then it has the number 0621......anyone know the values on it? I am not familiar with these...

Is the yellow one a poly film capacitor? It says 1u C42 on the board (looks like what it says) Does that sound right a 1uf in that spot? It is right beside V4, and has a small "crack" in it. Could this be the culprit? Sorry I couldn't post a direct link...

So I know that there are not any signal to the input side of the tank...I tested with another good tank, changed V4 and nothing..is the part that looks like a resistor a JFET?

I have no reverb at all. I have changed the tube and still no reverb. Everything looks good on the tank, I did change the RCA cables. I now have reverb if I shake the tank, but none through my guitar. I also noticed a crack in a yellow componet by the reverb tube. I'm not sure what the part is...
