Hey Guys, I'm hoping someone can help me out here.... I bought a used Stiletto and pulled the chassis to check it out. It appears to have had a power tube socket replaced due to a power tube that arced, and in the process of the repair, one of the wires wasn't resoldered to the circuit board...

Does anyone know if the 3 channel dual rectos are still the same revision as when they first came out 8 or 9 years ago? Or have then gone through some circuit revisions like the 2 channels? Also, I haven't been able to directly compare a 2 channel to a 3 channel at the same time, but it seems...

Dude, just call Boogie and ask for Customer Service. Tell them what amp you have and what pots need to be replaced. (i.e. red channel gain and treble pot, or whatever.) They'll look up the part numbers and send you the correct parts. The pots are about $1.55 each plus shipping

Sounds like the pots need to be replaced.

Define "brutal". What exactly does that mean? Less bite but more low mids? Or...? I see people throw these terms around which, to me, are quite vague because they can mean different things to different people.

Is this popping you guys refer to apparent on all 3 channel DR's? Or more apparent in the latest ones? Thanks.

Here's what prompted my initial question... Comparing four different 4x12's recently, two Bogner, one Marshall, and a Mesa Traditional (Stilletto), all containing V30's, the Mesa cab sounded more unique than the others. The Mesa cab is more mid focussed, with slightly rolled off highs and lows...

I'm just curious if the V30's Mesa uses are somehow different from those used in Marshall cabs, or available direct from Celestion? Thanks.

Best way to know for sure is pull the chassis and look at the date written on the circuit board.
