    Diezel prices

Yes Diezel's Transformers are made specially for them. Same can be said for ENGL. They are expensive because the company (talking Diezel here) uses no cost cutting measures, nothing but top notch components are used. I love mine.

the most versatile ENGL Amp for metal

I agree about the German Music Schmidt reviews...the Morse sounds best. Helps that the guy doing the review is the best player in the store. The review that is the most useless on their Youtube site is the Powerball review....I hve no idea what Joey was thinking. I have used he entire line...

the most versatile ENGL Amp for metal

Preference really. The Powerball, SE, Invader, Savage...even the Blackmore and Morse can h andle the task. I have a Blackmore and a Powerball. Love em both and have actually let all my Mesa gear go as a response.

    DIEZEL VH4S

I have never come across an amp line as overbuilt as Diezel. They are NOT fragile.

    Swampdonkey amps

I have played the prototypes....the builder is a friend of mine. Really nice amps, not for metalheads but they are killer amps.

Bogner - Does anyone else think this is wrong?

    no, they didnt do that.

    DIEZEL VH4S

Diezels are NOT fragile. They take abuse line no other amp I have ever used.

    DIAMOND AMPLIFICATION

I have noticed that on their amps myself. If it isnt normal it is obviously not rare. I loved the gain on the DIamond amps I have played. Now that they are working with BLankenship amps DIamond will become a major player in the amp biz.

    Tuners for a les paul.

Go to your tech and have the net recut or get a replacement cut. I'd go for the replacement myself.

    Lollar Pickups

Lollar pickups are fantastic, open sounding, crystal clear and full of harmonics. You can order 4 conductor humbuckers.

    Schecter vs Gibson?

ZING Someone completely missed the point....... And if nobody cares about how things are regarded then I wonder where you have been and think you should turn on the lights and start paying attention. I am NOT comparing Gibson Custom to Schecter anything. I am saying that Gibson does NOT...

    Schecter vs Gibson?

GIbsons are not hand made. They have more CNC stuff than any maker and are even working with a maker to design the first CNC specifically designed for guitars. When they say 'hand made' they are using a very loose definition of hand made. Hand finished is a better description.

    Schecter vs Gibson?

A Hyundai is still held in much lower regard than a Caddy. I could have used a higher end car maker but I dont think Gibson is a TRUE high end guitar maker....much like caddy they look the part but are lacking. To me the only proper product coming out of Gibson on a regular basis is the...

    Looking for feedback (custom guitars)

Interesting designs and I am sure they sound great..but the looks would prevent me from going anywhere near these instruments. All the points are off putting for me.

Schecter vs Gibson? I have an equivalent: Hyundai vs Caddy

    Andy Timmons

SO does Andy and that doesnt stop him from using one a LOT. To the original poster...pickups alone won't really do much to get you Andy's sound. You would be closer getting amps. I can nail his Marshally sound with my Stiletto OR my ENGL and I dont need AT pickups or even Dimarzios in the...

    Andy Timmons

I have a BB and an AC. For me the AC is a far clearer and more useful pedal. It mates nicely with my Stiletto Deuce. Andy uses his old CHandler tube driver a LOT more than the BB....he just houses the chandler in a rack drawer. The chandler sound is all over Andy's stuff and has been for...
