nevermind i put another tube in and it lights up. they just gave me a bad tube

one of my rectifier tubes in not lighting up and its a brand new tube? i did notice when i got the tube new you could hear something ratting inside like a broken light bulb would sound. is it bad to play the amp like this?

Someone told me to make the triple rectifier 150 watts to 100 watts you take a rectifier tube out and 2 power tubes. Is this information correct and has anyone tried this?

I need a footswitch for my triple rectifier and i want to be able to use the boost channel. Is there anyway i can accomplish this without paying 180 for the footswitch and a lot for the mesa midi cable?

maybe ill just buy 4a and theyll randomly just fit even tho the burn out 4a wouldnt fit back in as well. The 3a looked a hair bigger but i really dont think it was.

Ive tried that for the past 3 days and it doesnt work. Is it really bad if I just duct tape it in. Im seriously out of ideas and have a show tonight. If someone has a quick solution it will be much appreciated.
