Looking to buy a Dean Markley 4x12 cab with or without speakers to go with my signature series 120 heads

does anyone have any experience with these preamps? from the research ive done they are the same thing as the kitty hawk quattro but built with better parts and in a 2 space rack for better cooling. i can get one cheap but want to know if its worth it first. and ur opinions.

i currently run my dual rec with my dean markley 120(which is modeled after the 2203 jcm 800 master vol) and get a great crunch sound with the eq dialed in right.

it truly is a great amp. i use it slightly gritty with channel 2 on my dual rec for classic sounds or a bit more gain for some 80's rock. currently having a 2x12 built of ashwood to match. i have some choices as far as speakers though, i have a set of mesa c90's, peavey scorpions(200w versions)...

actually mines at the shop right now for just that purpose. Mostly because the button for mine is starting to not wanna stay engaged, but quick access as well. Mostly i just wanna use it as a slight boost for leads.

i almost got one of the dr80 rackmount hybrids but the deal fell through. i am actually having a 2x12 made of ash to match the head shell i had made. will post some pics here shortly. but i might be interested in the 4x12 ill let ya know. btw i traded a 2x12 kusom double barrel combo that i paid...

You could always use a Line 6 M9 or M13 to have the best of both worlds. Acts Like a stomp box but in a multiprocessor. Also uses midi for all your midi needs.

If its a 3 channel head it has a parallel loop and many of us find it hard to get it to sound right. Of course you could always do the serial loop mod which can be found here somewhere, it's pretty simple. If you turn the mix knob on the back to 100% that's as close to a serial loop you can get...

Ok i cant find the d power rail can anyone help? Also i purchased a 1meg push/pull pot from boogie for a markIII and was wonderin if i could run a resister or something so that IN is normal and OUT is the mod? As you can probably tell I'm not a technician so any help would be awesome. :)
