Well...Oakland is about 50 miles / 54 minutes at commute time. Concord Pavilion is 37 miles / 52 minutes but it's far from the freeway hence the similar times. The ride is opposite traffic so not too bad. I will hit San Francisco or San Jose to see a band I want to see on the weekends...

Looking into a tremolo pedal for my Mark V. The Diamond Tremolo pedal, Fulltone Supa trem, empress tremolo look pretty nice Anyone have experience with these or other units?

Sorry to hear this, it is understandably a bummer. My experience with boogies service however has been very good over the past 20 years. Who knows what happened maybe they missed something maybe something got jarred durring shipping maybe something just failed. The good news is it can be fixed...

This studio is basically is very close to the the Mark IIC+ circutry but you also have the same problems...

I did my recent 2:90 retube with the Mesa EL34/6L6 combo and really like the tone.

I put one on my 12 space Triaxis rack years ago. I mounted it on a droor and used double sided tape. Never had any issues with it comming off.

I would check with Boogie directly on that question. I seem to remember having a conversation with Tien about a band that shortened up some of their rack gear power cables to keep things neat and tidy and ended pulling their hair out trying to figure out what had mysteriously changed their rig...
