If there is the raw mode on channel one its version 2. The 2nd version also has the switch for EL-34 tubes and the footswitch jack will be on the back of the head.

Just got an offer for a Soldano Hot Rod 50+ head for my Electra Dyne 1x12 combo. Anyone have any experience with this amp?? I LOVE my Dyne but this Soldano interests me. Any input would be appreciated...

I preferred JJ EL34s in my roadster but was still not completely happy with it.... Traded it for a Electradyne and I've never been happier... I'm just saying.. :D
