    Marshall JVM series

I own the 410c, 4 channel 100watt combo, and must admit the clean channel is really great. Different from my lonestars, but very useable. You could easily play jazz with this amp, and it has decent tone at low volume. No issues with the reverb quality either. If you think it sounds fizzy, just...

    Post removed.

Don't take this wrong, I love USA PRS', but I have even been disappointed with some of their recent models. Sticky nitro, tuners that break, dead sounding wood when played unplugged, cold solder joints WTF! I have found USA Hamers much more consistant, but if bought new resale sucks. At least...

    Egnator Tweaker Vs Mesa TA

It is interesting to note that as per Guitar Player mag 12/2010 the Tweaker weighs 16.36 lbs vs Transatlantic 12.0 lbs. Given the 4.36 lb difference could the Tweaker possibly have a beefier transformer?

    Egnator Tweaker Vs Mesa TA

I play my Tweaker through a 2x12 Rectifier cab, a 4x10 Lonestar cab, a 1x12 c90 cab, or any combination of these. I get killer tone all day long. Just my 2 cents!

    Mark V vs both Lonestars

No I am not looking to replace anything, I love both Lonestars. I was just looking for an entirely different amp, and thought there might be some overlap in the MarkV.

    Mark V vs both Lonestars

I currently own a Lonestar Classic and Special. How much overlap would I have with a Mark V? I am guessing channel one of the Mark would be fairly covered in the Lonestars.

    Lonestar special/ Vox?

Given that the special uses el84's, can it get close to any Vox tones? I have no experiences with Vox. Thanks

    Ace, Lonestar, Mark V???

Which amp will get me closest to AC/DC, Led Zep, Hendrix, Gary Moore, and SRV? Not particularly in that order. Only using a pedal if absolutely needed. I am not interested in buying a Marshall. Thanks
